Founder

Dr. Erich Menge, BS, DC

Founder & Clinical Director

Dr. Erich Menge is the founder of M-Tech America, a rehabilitation and human-performance organization focused on extending recovery and rehabilitation beyond conventional clinical environments.

His clinical career has centered on rehabilitation, physical function and human performance, with more than two decades directing musculoskeletal rehabilitation and regenerative technology — from a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation facility he built and later sold, through care delivered across the NFL, UFC/MMA, the PGA Tour and international motorsport, to therapeutic and injury consulting programs supporting US Special Forces under USG and NATO vendor frameworks.

Through this work, Dr. Menge identified a recurring limitation: the need for rehabilitation does not stop when a patient leaves the clinic, yet conventional rehabilitation technology often remains tied to the clinical setting. M-Tech America was developed to address that gap by bringing portable rehabilitation capability into the environments where people actually live, work, train, compete and serve.

Today, Dr. Menge leads M-Tech's work across clinical, athletic, military and human-performance applications, while continuing to develop the organization's research, technology and service mission.
